Hames Sharley was recently announced as one of the top South Australian ‘fast movers’ in 2008 ranking first in the Property and Business Service Sector and fourth overall amongst a pool of 25 leading South Australian firms.
Doubling its size in the last financial year, the Hames Sharley Adelaide Office increased its staff base from 18 to 43 in response to the growing demand for their work on some of the state’s most anticipated and challenging projects.
Currently Hames Sharley is working on more than $800 million worth of construction projects in South Australia. Projects include Fairview Green and Pasadena Shopping Centre which are aiming to be the first two “green” shopping centres in South Australia, a commercial building on 70 Light Square set to be the state’s first four-star green star rated refurbished building and the Whyalla Foreshore Redevelopment.
