Alzheimers's Australia Planning Report

Alzheimer’s Australia WA (AAWA) commissioned Hames Sharley to identify the functional requirements for establishing a unique purpose-built Centre of Excellence in Dementia Care through the creation of an innovative partnership between AAWA and Curtin University of Technology. The new Centre of Excellence in Dementia Care will create a focal point for research and education into new and better models of dementia care, through the provision of world-class support, care, research and education facilities, and through close interaction and collaboration with Curtin University faculties and schools. The Centre will also have a major role as a community activity and education hub for healthy ageing strategies.
