Aspen Booragoon

Comprising of 4 levels and a 300 bay multi deck carpark, the new office building in Booragoon will cater for approximately 700 new employees and is set to be a landmark development within the City of Melville City Centre. Designed to achieve a 5 star Greenstar rating and a 4.5 ABGR, it features grey water recycling, water efficient landscaping, bike facilities, air cooled chillers for air-conditioning and a double glazed façade with external sun-shading. It is designed to maximise the sites development potential whilst still preserving the amenity and outlook from the existing building.
