Aspen Booragoon

Comprising of 4 levels and a 300 bay multi deck carpark the building is set to be a landmark development within the City of Melville City Centre. Designed to achieve a 5 star Green Star rating and a 4.5 ABGR, it features grey water recycling, water effi cient landscaping, bike facilities for 90 personnel, air cooled chillers for air-conditioning and a double glazed façade with external sun-shading. These elements will aid in the stimulation and promotion of a healthy work environment for its occupants. The new development references the existing building through the use of similar materials such as glass colour and concrete pre cast panels to facades. It is designed to maximise the sites development potential whilst still preserving the amenity and outlook from the existing building.
