The redevelopment of Barrack Square emphasises the sympathetic development of the precinct to maintain the character of the Old Perth Port whilst still injecting life and vibrancy to this iconic and unique location by the Swan River. The Square provides a friendly and relaxed environment while offering a dramatic setting for the display and ringing of the historic bells of St-Martin-in-the-Fields housed in the Swan Bells Tower.
