The Health and Wellness building creates a distinctive presence on the Joondalup campus and consolidates all of the University’s health and biomedical science programs in one area. It houses the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Postgraduate Medicine and the new multi-disciplinary health research body – The Vario Health Institute. The multiple ground level access points, attractive landscaping and open concourse areas present a welcoming and community orientated aspect whilst communicating the vision of the University as a progressive and technologically cutting-edge institution. Key features of this facility include the public open space, therapeutic garden, laboratories, virtual and demonstration nursing wards.
