The Mandurah Community Health Centre was designed and constructed to meet the needs of the district's rapidly growing population. Stage one involved creating an integrated centre for non-acute health services, providing modern office and treatment environments for staff and public alike while also presenting a contemporary and prominent identity for community health in the Mandurah region.
Stage two is an addition to the previous works and provides an extension to community health, accommodation for Family and Child Health Services and Indigenous Health Services. The building has been designed to integrate well with the existing facility while still asserting a separate identity as an Indigenous community building.
