Public Trustee

Four levels and two ‘Front of House’ tenancies on the ground floor were fitted out for the Public Trustee of South Australia. Principles of an open plan office culture were successfully integrated into the design with central ‘hub’ areas that included kitchens/break out areas, quiet rooms and utility areas built into the centre of each floor. A calm, neutral colour palette was utilised, echoing themes of nature. Individual floors were also given a sense of ownership and identity through the use of various bright colours loading times. This project is aiming for a 5 Star Green Star Rating.
