Riversdale Apartments

Design in essence as a tower block of apartments, Riversdale is set to enhance this developing area of Rivervale. Not only will it provide high class dwellings in a mixture of sizes and affordability, it will also integrate the surrounding park and riverside foreshore. Ground floor is a communal courtyard and towards the northern river end a communal pool and activity area sits taking advantage of the river outlook and natural sunlight. The roofscape uses a majority of flat roofs for a low profile appearance which serve to reduce the overall impact of the built form. Street elevations are to be articulated through the use of a variety of balcony designs while sunshading devices serve to break up the building facade. Material employed for Riversdale are durable and low maintenance.
