Southbank Apartments

The residential development comprising of 20 units includes expansive living areas, dining and kitchen which have been positioned purposely to maximize the outstanding views looking over the Swan River and Perth City. The setback area was carefully designed to incorporate communal open space for the enjoyment of residents, and to incorporate visitor car parking. High quality landscaping is included for all non-built areas of the site. This ameliorates the visual impact of at-grade car parking and service areas and encourages the high utilisation of the open space provided for residents. This was particularly important in achieving a sense of street-side activity.
