The Colonnade redevelopment featured transforming the existing development into an exciting mixed use facility in the heart of Subiaco. Previously housing an internal mall and retail shops, the ground floor was converted into a 2000 sqm ‘Platinum Fitness First’ centre. External up market retail stores were retained and together with commercial offices and the fitness centre, the Colonnade was re-created into a vibrant landmark building.
