Whitford City

Situated in one of the fastest growing regions in Western Australia, the redevelopment of Whitford City was a much needed facelift to cater for the demands of a larger community. An additional 12,000sqm was added to the total floor area, underground car parking was increased from 600 to 2000 car bays, five new mini majors and 80 new speciality shops were developed. Included into the mix was a ‘down town’ precinct, also known as “The Piazza”. This centrepiece featured a variety of indoor and outdoor dining experiences and was decorated with water features and subtle landscaping. Situated next door to “The Piazza” is a cinema complex designed to enhance the entertainment precinct further.
