The Moncrieff East Estate development plan is currently underway and being completed with the Land Development Agency. The objective of the Moncrieff East Estate consultancy was to undertake master planning and detailed design work to enable the construction of a subdivision for approximately 1250 dwellings in the eastern part of Moncrieff encompassing an area of about 85ha. An initial planning and design investigation were made before commencing the master planning and design for the Moncrieff East Estate. During this process, Hames Sharley worked closely with the client and consultant team to ensure a robust outcome that combines the integration of all elements; topography, open space, community facilities and infrastructure.
