Stage 1A of Stockland’s The Terraces in Calleya, Western Australia have been unveiled this month.

The initial stage of the development comprises of eight turn-key two-storey houses, and was designed by Hames Sharley and built by Dale Alcock Projects. Each of the new homes feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor areas.
