It is with great pleasure to announce Adventist Care have engaged Hames Sharley to design their new Aged Care, Assisted Living and Retirement living building as part of stage 2 of Rossmoyne Waters.

The building follows the UDIA Award-winning stage 1, Australis at Rossmoyne Waters completed in late 2019 and adds to Hames Sharley’s credentials as a leader in the Seniors Living Sector within Australia.

Stage 2 of Adventist Care’s Rossmoyne Waters will be a substantial construction incorporating a blend of distinct, yet interrelated amenities that will further enable, complement, and support Adventist Care’s continuum of care for Western Australians.

Hames Sharley will work in collaboration with Adventist Care to incorporate the following facilities:

  • Self-Care, Independent Living Apartments
  • Assisted-living/Serviced Apartments
  • Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF)
  • Wellness / Medical Centre
  • Administration Offices and Reception

With the Concept Design to be completed this year, and a planned opening anticipated for December 2023.

Hames Sharley is also Architects for Wearne Aged care in Cottesloe, (alongside the Concept design architects, Grounds Kent) which is currently halfway through construction and set for completion by the end of the year.
