Mandurah Community Health Centre was designed and constructed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing population within the Peel district. Creating one integrated centre for non-acute health services, the facility provided modern office and treatment environments for staff and public alike while also presenting a contemporary and prominent identity for Community Health in the Mandurah region.

The facility provides a combination of Therapy and Consulting areas for non-acute procedures with the majority of accommodation allocated for administrative purposes. The design provides a unique and prominent identity for Community Health and adopts basic ESD principles including natural lighting, views to surrounding bushland, ventilation and appropriate shading for its westerly orientation.
