Isabel Tascon-Guillaume, Associate, Hames Sharley

Isabel made an immediate positive impact on joining Hames Sharley and throughout her time in the Practice she has worked across various projects and portfolios both as a key member of large teams as well has designing and delivering projects on her own.

Isabel shows great empathy and is an active mentor to many who look up to her for her strengths in concept design and determining design narratives. Isabel is co-chair of the HS RAP Committee and has worked tirelessly with the team to develop Hames Sharley’s’ RAP to progress it to the next stage, a great achievement.

Isabel has a variety of experience in the residential and commercial design sectors and has a particular interest in projects within Hames Sharley’s Workplace Portfolio. Her skills have been utilised on a number of high-profile workplace projects, including the City of Fremantle’s Kings Square and Rio Tinto’s Headquarters at Central Park, Perth. She also supported the Chevron developer selection for the most recent incarnation of its headquarters project at Lots 7 and 8, Elizabeth Quay. Isabel has specialist furniture knowledge, having worked as a consultant for Design Farm.
