Mr Drechsler explains that addressing the rapidly changing technological environment means veering away from the traditional brick and mortar centres established in the past. He explains that today, shopping centres must be about the ‘experience’ involved with the retail process drawing on an individual’s values of emotion, satisfaction and various other important aspects of the transaction.
