Hames Sharley is delighted to announce the arrival of the second stage of the waterfront residential development located in Ascot, Western Australia. Residential Portfolio Leader for Hames Sharley, Tim Boekhoorn, attended the launch alongside the developers Blackburne Property Group.

The launch of the second stage has been much anticipated, after receiving an overwhelming response of 913 registrations of interest after the launch of stage one.

Situated on the only eastern marina in Perth the building consists of 91 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, most with direct river views. A ground-floor café overlooking the marina is soon to be built.

Facilities within the complex include a gym, yoga room, sauna and a water sports room which will include some stand-up-paddle boards and kayaks for residents to use.

The location will provide residents with easy access to shops in Maylands and Morley, while those with a boat can ride along the river from Swan Valley to Fremantle, passing key Western Australian sights such as the Ascot Racecourse, Maylands Peninsula Golf Course, Perth Stadium, Crown Perth and Elizabeth Quay along the way.
