Excitement is growing as the development application for the $750 million mixed-use precinct at Brisbane’s Albion Train Station has been in the news across several media outlets this month.

Developer Geon Property’s Albion Exchange, which will spread across 3.5 hectares above and surrounding the train station, is envisioned as “the anchor of an emerging suburb” that will connect the east and west of Albion, currently segregated by the train line.
