Lot 2-7 Barrack Street Mixed-use development

Hames Sharley’s proposal for a mixed-use development at Lot 2-7 Barrack Street today received DA approval, an excellent outcome for the City of Perth and our client Humich Group.

This cultural and mixed-use development will breathe new life into the east end of Perth’s Hay and Murray Street pedestrian malls. Featuring a 23-level office tower, theatre, gallery, exhibition space and activated laneways that bring abundant green landscaping for visitors and workers to enjoy.

Hames Sharley’s architecture, urban design and planning team worked together with our project partners to secure today’s approval, and we’re excited to see the precinct come to life in the next few years.
