Carefully crafted to be sensitive to the surrounding Williams Landing Town Centre and community, Boston Commons delivers a contemporary medium rise mixed-use offer that is timeless in its expression. Scheduled for completion in 2024, it is the fifth standalone office building in the commercial hub of Williams Landing.
Boston Commons is a wonderful sculptural expression of form, aesthetic, and composition. The concept of the design is industrial modern with a material palette reflective of inner-city architecture.
The seven-storey office building will house 60 strata office suites, two pre-lease office suites and five ground floor retail suites. Each office will be equipped with NBN infrastructure, private kitchenettes, climate control, secure parking, and tenants will have access to end-of-trip facilities and two conference centres.
As Williams Landing continues to develop as the new hub of Melbourne’s west, in future the occupants will have access to significant amenities including shopping centres, dining, local parklands, medical facilities, and a train station.
