Hames Sharley’s masterplan for Calleya delivers a holistic design outcome, integrating urban design and landscape responses with the design of each home. The masterplan enables connection to the town centre via a green link, whilst providing suitably sized outdoor parks for residents to enjoy.

133 townhouse/terrace homes were designed over five stages, consisting of a mix of two- and three-bedroom terraces and corner home dwellings, offering varied housing opportunities to support a diverse community, including downsizers, young families and young professionals.

The design sought to encourage connection between residents and their neighbours through the provision of inviting front courtyards and activated laneways. A number of the townhouses also featured internal courtyards that allow an abundance of natural light to permeate the home.
