Figtree Drive Refurbishment
Figtree Drive undertook a repositioning of the existing commercial property to help maximise the future leasing return and to ensure the performance of the asset over the next ten years.
The 5200sqm building was refurbished to an A-Grade office equivalent with provision for a new EOT facility planned and approved.
The scope of work consisted of a refurbishment of the common areas and existing bathrooms, revitalised external landscaping works and DDA compliant ramp and new sunshade devices to the Western façade.
