Rockingham Central is a large-format retail development located on the corner of Read St and Council Ave in Rockingham. The development comprises approximately 4,000sqm of flexible large-format retail floor space, a service station incorporating a convenience store offer and provision for a future child care centre. The building is located on the street boundaries, with the car park to the rear of the site and access via both streets.

The City of Rockingham’s structure plan for this precinct includes specific development and design guidelines that have influenced the form and functionality of the design outcome and consideration has been to be given to ‘future proofing’ for a higher yielding use.
