Hames Sharley and NH Architecture participated in a joint venture on the design of the Williams Landing Town Centre in Melbourne. Upon completion of design development, contract documentation continued until mid-November 2011, ready for tender. Construction commenced in January 2012 and was completed in 2013.
Williams Landing Town Centre was designed to respond to commercial, community and environmental expectations and acts as a benchmark for sub-regional centres and an exemplar of town centre integration.
The town centre includes food and beverage outlets external to the shopping centre, specialty shops, a major supermarket, a discount department store; and a kids play area.
